Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vizvero handles information when you use vizvero.app. Vizvero is currently designed as a browser-first chart-making product with no account required.

The most important distinction is between the data you put into a chart and routine information involved in delivering a website. The chart editor is designed so your chart data can be processed in your browser, while normal web infrastructure may still process connection and security information.

In the current product, data you paste into the editor or import from a CSV file is read and processed in your browser for chart creation. Chart rendering and PNG, SVG, and MP4 export are also performed in the browser.

The chart-making workflow does not intentionally upload the contents of your chart data to Vizvero servers solely to create or export a chart. Vizvero does not provide server-side chart storage or user accounts in the current product.

You should still avoid entering highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless you are comfortable processing it on the device and browser you are using.

If you contact Vizvero at support@vizvero.app, the message may include your email address, name, message content, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide. That information is used to respond to the request, diagnose problems, protect the service, and maintain a reasonable support record.

Like other websites, the infrastructure used to deliver Vizvero may process routine request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URLs, timestamps, and security or error information.

Vizvero is hosted and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process connection and security data as part of delivering and protecting the site under its own terms and privacy practices.

Vizvero may use local browser storage for functional preferences such as the selected light or dark theme. Local storage is kept on your device and is technically different from a cookie.

The current chart editor does not provide server-side project persistence. Closing or refreshing a page can therefore remove unsaved chart work depending on the browser state.

Vizvero uses Google Analytics on the canonical production website at vizvero.app to understand aggregate traffic and how product features are used. Google Analytics is not loaded on localhost, Cloudflare workers.dev addresses, or other non-canonical preview and test hostnames.

Analytics events may include page views, the chart type being used, how data was entered, the number of rows, columns, or rendered series, which editor section was opened, animation choices, and export format. Vizvero does not intentionally send chart cell values, pasted CSV contents, column names, chart titles, subtitles, source text, filenames, email addresses, or the complete ChartDocument to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics may use first-party cookies and related identifiers to distinguish visits and measure usage. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled in Vizvero's analytics implementation. Vizvero does not use Google Analytics for behavioral advertising.

The analytics implementation includes Google Consent Mode controls so analytics storage can be changed if Vizvero later introduces consent controls for particular regions or product requirements.

Vizvero does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers that are necessary to operate and understand the site, such as hosting, security, email, and analytics providers, including Google Analytics.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect the service or users, investigate abuse, or enforce applicable terms.

Because the current product does not store chart projects on Vizvero servers, Vizvero does not maintain a server-side archive of the chart data you enter into the editor.

Google Analytics and other service providers may retain analytics or technical data according to the retention settings and policies applicable to those services. Support correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, keep records, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

Vizvero uses reasonable technical measures appropriate to a small browser-based web product, but no website, device, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Vizvero can be accessed from different countries. Infrastructure and service providers may process routine information in locations other than your own. Where applicable, their processing is governed by their own contractual and legal safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about processing. To make a request, contact support@vizvero.app.

Because chart data is not currently stored as a server-side account or project, Vizvero may not have chart content to retrieve or delete after your browser session ends.

Vizvero is not directed to children under 13, and the current product does not intentionally collect account information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to Vizvero, contact us so the request can be reviewed.

This policy may change as Vizvero adds features or as legal and operational requirements change. The date at the top of the page will be updated when the policy is materially revised.
