Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of vizvero.app and the Vizvero chart-making tools. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Vizvero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Vizvero provides browser-based tools for creating, styling, animating, and exporting charts. The current product is available without an account and is offered without a subscription fee.

Features, supported chart types, export formats, limits, and availability may change over time.

You are responsible for the data, text, labels, files, and other content you enter into Vizvero. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

As between you and Vizvero, Vizvero does not claim ownership of the chart data you enter into the editor. The current chart workflow is designed to process that data in your browser rather than store it as a server-side project.

Vizvero does not claim ownership of charts you export from the service. You may use your exported charts subject to any rights, licenses, confidentiality obligations, or restrictions that apply to the underlying data, names, logos, fonts, or other content you supplied.

You are responsible for reviewing exported charts for accuracy, completeness, labeling, and suitability before relying on or publishing them.

Vizvero is a visualization tool. It does not independently verify the truth, completeness, statistical quality, or legal status of the data you provide.

Charts created with Vizvero are not legal, medical, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. Decisions based on a chart remain your responsibility.

Vizvero relies on third-party infrastructure and software components to deliver the service. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Links to third-party sites, if present, are provided for convenience and do not mean Vizvero controls or endorses those services.

Vizvero may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue part or all of the service at any time. We may also fix, remove, or change features without preserving backward compatibility.

The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, bugs, browser limitations, provider outages, security events, or other reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizvero is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. This includes implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vizvero and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the service.

Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Access may be limited or blocked when reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

These Terms may be updated as Vizvero changes. The date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised version is published. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from the date permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights that apply to you under consumer-protection or other laws.
